Who we are
Ops Fixes (opsfixes.com) is run by Tran Quang Hieu, a sole proprietor based in Vietnam. Contact: support@opsfixes.com. We reply within 3 business days.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to the free tools, guides and paid products on opsfixes.com. By using a tool or buying a product, you agree to them. A product's own page may add terms specific to it; where it does, that page wins for that product.
Free tools and guides
- Free tools are provided as they are, without a warranty. Most run in your browser; some fetch a public web page or public record you point them at. Check any result before you rely on it.
- Guides are dated and cite their sources. Rules, prices and vendor features change, so check the source for anything you act on. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or medical advice.
- Use the tools only on sites, files and accounts you own or are allowed to check. Don't use them to overload or attack anyone's systems.
Paid products
- Merchant of record. Our order process is run by our online reseller Creem, which is the merchant of record for all orders. Creem handles payment, sales tax or VAT, invoices and receipts, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
- Price. Each product's page shows its price before you pay. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt or by emailing us; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
- Usage limits. Where a product uses paid services on our side (for example an AI model), its page states the limits per account.
- We may change a product's price for future billing periods. We'll email existing subscribers at least 30 days before a change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
Work hired through Upwork
Custom or done-for-you work isn't sold on opsfixes.com. If you hire us for it through Upwork, that contract, Upwork's terms and Upwork's dispute process apply to the work, including payment and refunds; the paid-product sections above, and our refund policy, don't.
Your data and content
You keep ownership of anything you upload or enter. We use it only to provide the product to you, as described in our privacy policy.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the tools and products available, but we don't guarantee they will run without interruption or errors. We may change or retire a free tool at any time. If we retire a paid product, we'll tell subscribers at least 30 days ahead and refund any unused prepaid period.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a paid product is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by contract.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects a paid product you use, we'll email you before it applies.
