Ops Fixes (opsfixes.com) is run by Tran Quang Hieu, a sole proprietor based in Vietnam, who is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: support@opsfixes.com.
What we collect, and why
- Files and data you put into a tool. Most tools run entirely in your browser: files you choose (exports, CSVs, PDFs) are read on your device and are not uploaded to us. A tool says so on the page when it works differently.
- Addresses you ask a tool to check. Some tools fetch a public web page, DNS record or public registry entry for you. The address you enter is sent to our server, which fetches the public data and returns the result. Results may be cached for a short time (minutes to hours) to avoid fetching the same page repeatedly; we don't keep a list of who checked what.
- Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across sites. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also processes standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Forms. If you fill in one of our forms (an interview, a waitlist or a request), your answers and email address are collected through Tally (tally.so) and used to reply to you and to improve the product you wrote about. We quote answers only without your name, unless you agree otherwise.
- Email. If you email us, we keep the conversation to answer you. Opting out is final: tell us once and we won't write again.
- Purchases. Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Creem. We never see your full card details. We receive your name, email address, country and what you bought, so we can deliver the product, support you and keep tax records.
- Paid product accounts. If a product saves results or settings for you, we store them with your email address to provide that product. The product's page describes what it keeps.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent personal data, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
- We don't use what you put into a tool to train AI models. If a paid product sends data to an AI model provider, its page says which provider and what is sent.
Who processes data for us
Cloudflare (hosting, analytics, security), Tally (forms), Google (our email), and Creem (payments). Each processes data under its own privacy terms and only to provide its service.
How long we keep it
Form answers and emails: until you ask us to delete them, or 24 months after our last contact, whichever comes first. Purchase records: as long as tax law requires. Cached tool results: hours at most.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@opsfixes.com. We'll answer within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
We'll update this page when what we collect changes; the date at the top shows the latest version.
