Plain Access Check Pro is an add-on for the free Plain Access Check plugin. Every night it scans your home page, the pages you choose (checkout, contact, booking form) and your recently edited content, and compares them with the night before. Many accessibility failures come from changes nobody made in the page editor: a theme or plugin update, a new header or footer template, a cookie banner or chat widget. They break pages you didn't touch. Pro's email the next morning names each page and failure, while you still remember what changed. When nothing changed, it stays quiet.
And a dated record of every scan, for $79 a year. The European Accessibility Act has applied to many online shops and services in the EU since 28 June 2025; it expects you to keep the site accessible and publish an accessibility statement. Pro keeps every scan for 12 months, page by page: what was checked, what failed, when it appeared and when it was fixed. Print any scan as a dated report, or download it as CSV. In other plugins, audit history and CSV export can mean a plan from $750 a year (October 2026).

Automated checks find some WCAG failures, not all; passing them doesn't make a site compliant.

The first scan sends a baseline: how many pages have failures, and which to fix first. After that, only changes. You can switch to an email after every scan.
Scans every night at 3:00 your time (or weekly, if you prefer). The email names each page that newly fails a check and what got fixed. No email when nothing changed.
The home page, up to 25 key pages you choose and up to 200 recently edited pages, posts and products, so a new page is checked the night after it's published.
Every scan kept for 12 months: when each failure appeared and when it was fixed. Your record starts the day you install it; it can't be filled in afterwards, so start before you need it.
For any scan: pages, failures by WCAG criterion, what changed, what isn't checked automatically, and the history. Save it as PDF for your statement file, or download the failures as CSV for your fix list.

"Other plugins": from the published pricing and feature pages of another WordPress accessibility checker plugin, October 2026. Prices and features change; compare them yourself, and try the free versions side by side.
Needs WordPress 6.5 or later and PHP 7.4 or later. Updates arrive through the normal WordPress Updates screen while the licence is active.
The same checks as the free plugin, on each page's HTML: images without alt text (1.1.1), form fields without a label (1.3.1, 4.1.2), links and buttons with no accessible name (2.4.4, 4.1.2), embedded maps and videos without a title (4.1.2), empty headings, skipped heading levels and a missing h1 (1.3.1), a missing page language or title (3.1.1, 2.4.2), a viewport that blocks zooming (1.4.4) and duplicate ids (4.1.1). It names overlay widgets it finds on the page.
Scans and emails run on your own server: your site requests its own pages and checks them, and the email is sent with your site's normal mail settings. To check the licence and offer updates, the plugin sends opsfixes.com only the licence key, its activation ID, your site's address and the plugin version. Nothing about your pages or visitors leaves your site.
Yes. Nothing in it is locked or removed. Pro is a separate add-on.
Yes. Click "Deactivate on this site" on the old site, then enter the key on the new one. One site at a time.
Your history and reports stay. Scheduled scans, emails and updates stop until the licence is active again; the free plugin keeps working.
Scans run in the background through WP-Cron, a few pages at a time. If your host disables WP-Cron, a server cron job has to call wp-cron.php every 5–15 minutes. Pro tells you on its screen, and by email, if a scan stops.
