Product Feed CheckFree check

Know the day products start failing Google and Meta checks

SKUvet Pro is an add-on for the free SKUvet Product Feed Check plugin. Every night at 3:00 it checks every published product and compares the result with the last check. When a plugin update or a bulk import drops GTINs, prices or images, you get an email the next morning naming those products, not a disapproval weeks later in Merchant Center. When nothing changed, it stays quiet.

This email was sent by your own store (SKUvet Pro). Change the recipients or how often it runs on the page above.

The first check sends a baseline: how many products have problems, and which to fix first. After that, only changes. You can switch to an email after every check.

Email only when something changes

Daily (or weekly) at 3:00 your time. The email names the products that newly fail, with edit links, and counts the ones you fixed. No email when nothing changed.

Fix in WooCommerce's own Products list

Every count opens your Products list filtered to those products, or only the ones new since the last check, with a Feed problems column. Edit or bulk edit them there as usual.

Every product, as a CSV

Background batches check catalogs of any size (the free plugin stops at 5,000). Download ID, SKU, name and each failing check to fix in bulk.

12 months of history

See how many products had problems at each check, so you can tell when it started and whether fixes stuck.

How it works

  1. Install the free SKUvet Product Feed Check plugin, if you haven't.
  2. Buy SKUvet Pro, download the zip and upload it under Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
  3. Enter your licence key under WooCommerce → SKUvet Pro, choose daily or weekly, and who gets the email.

Needs WordPress 6.5 or later, WooCommerce and PHP 7.4 or later. Updates arrive through the normal WordPress Updates screen while the licence is active.

What it checks

The same checks as the free plugin, on every product: no image or price, a main image under 500 × 500 pixels (Google disapproves these from 31 January 2027), variations without a price, no description, no brand, no GTIN or MPN, and titles over 150 characters. GTIN and brand are read from WooCommerce's own fields and the fields of common feed and GTIN plugins.

What it doesn't do

Your data

Checks and emails run on your own server; the digest is sent by your store with its normal mail settings. To check the licence and offer updates, the plugin sends opsfixes.com only the licence key, its activation ID, your site's address and the plugin version. No product or customer data leaves your site.

Questions

Is the free plugin still free?

Yes. Nothing in it is locked or removed. Pro is a separate add-on.

Can I move the licence to another site?

Yes. Click "Deactivate on this site" on the old site, then enter the key on the new one. One site at a time.

What if I don't renew?

Your history and the last CSV stay. Full checks, schedules, emails and updates stop until the licence is active again; the free plugin keeps working.
